There is probably no better location in Wroclaw that combines so many values. The aparthotel is located right next to the Old Town, overlooking the impressive 18th-century buildings of the university. Here, you are in the very centre of everything - the city, monuments, restaurants and the unique atmosphere of the capital of Lower Silesia. Inside there are modern, ambient and spacious interiors of air-conditioned apartments with French balconies. Sliding glass doors give the effect of an open wall. They allow you to become part of the life of the city and the surrounding water even when you are inside the apartment.

The minimalistic architecture and subdued colours of the building allow the surrounding nature to become more visible and thus it is perfect for those who want to enjoy the charms of the city centre and relax at the same time. In contrast, we decided to add to the softened interiors an unique and colourful supplement to this place - a dedicated collection of paintings under the title "Tree on the Odra river" created by the artist Lev Stern. So Marina became our first aparthotel which is also an art gallery.

Marina is the first apartment building in Poland built on a river, giving the amazing feeling of being close to water. Guests can get here not only by car, but also by boat. Designed in earth colours and materials reflecting the character of the surface of the Odra river.
